Our Family has a large house in a beautiful very safe neighbourhood We are 20 minutes to the city by bus The bus stop is 1 minute walk away from our house A very large shopping centre is just 5 minutes walk away
We have three rooms available for homestays with two bathrooms shared by homestays There is a computer in the house with internet access Homestays with their own wireless moden can acess the internet with their own notebook Helen is an excellent cook and Kevin likes to talk a lot with Homestays to improve their English On week ends we like to have Barbecues Helen & Kevin enjoy having Homestays as well as enjoy the cultural exchange The rent is $230 per week $20 extra for mid-week lunches This rent covers everything excluding wireless internet access and air-conditioning
Walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre (284 shops, 3 supermarkets, 8 cinemas, 20 cafes and restaurants, 10 hairdressers, 4 travel agents, 6 banks, bars, library, post office, doctors, dentists, Medibank offices, beauticians, nail salons, etc)
. Walking distance to major bus interchange with direct buses to City, Southbank, UQ, QUT and Griffith universities (day and night 7 days a week)
